The state of Arizona has strict regulations regarding defensive driving courses and our course was built to comply with them. In order to enroll in the course you will be required to fax or scan and upload a copy of your traffic citation and a copy of a government-issued identification card. You are not eligible to enroll in this course if you have enrolled in a defensive driving course within the past 12 months.
The Online Arizona Defensive Driving Course requires you spend a minimum of 4 hours to complete the course, and you can login and log out as needed to satisfy the time requirement. There are 5 modules with a total 16 units within them. At the end of each unit, there is a three question unit quiz and you can retake the quizzes if needed in order to pass. Upon successful completion of the last unit quiz, you will have passed the course, and we will notify the court of your completion.
Please note that your enrollment in this course is contingent upon your ability to satisfy the eligibility requirements established by the Arizona Supreme Court.
Specifically:
- You must have been cited for an offense that is eligible for diversion by taking a defensive driving course.
